Visit Lever's website and log in to your account using your credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to the top navigation menu. Click on "Visual Insights" to proceed.

Within Visual Insights, locate and click on "Dashboard" from the submenu. This action will open up additional options.

Within the Dashboard submenu, locate and click on "Pipeline" to access your recruitment pipeline data.

In the Pipeline view, input the required parameters for your CSV download. Specify the date range, date interval, posting, and any other relevant parameters according to your requirements.

After setting the parameters, click on the refresh icon in the upper-left corner of the filters bar to update the data based on the selected parameters.

Once the data is refreshed, click on the filter icon next to the reload icon in the filters bar. This action will generate the report based on the specified parameters.

To download the report in CSV format, click the three stacked dots in the upper-right corner of the filters bar and select the Download option. Ensure that the format selected is CSV. Click on "Download" to initiate the download process.

After downloading, navigate to your downloads folder. You'll find a zip file containing the downloaded data. Unzip the file to access its contents.

Within the unzipped folder, locate the files named "average_time_in_stages.csv" and "stage_conversions.csv". These are the CSV files containing your recruitment pipeline data.

Log in to The Walt platform using your credentials. Navigate to the section for uploading custom ATS reports. Upload the "average_time_in_stages.csv" and "stage_conversions.csv" files to your The Walt account.

Once uploaded, The Walt will process the data and generate insightful reports based on your recruitment pipeline. Take some time to review these insights and gain valuable information about your recruiting efforts.
